I would be lying (and an idiot) to say that I\'m comfortable with this series.  I\'d rather we won 4-3 today and gave 9 to Pedro tomorrow.

2:20 AM, who else made it to the sweet end?  Gotta be up in 3.5 hours...wheee!

2 points on the Yankees:
1.  I never for one second thought the Yankees would lose that game.  Ask Dobs.  You just knew they were going to win, even down 1 going to the twelfth.  There was no way Jeter was going to let them lose that game.
2.  Strange as it is, I am rooting for the Yankees.  If the Sox do this and don\'t play the Yankees, there\'s just something missing.  Not to worry though, it\'s imminent.  Yankees in 5 over Twinkies.

Did anybody watch the Yanks/Twins game about a bunch of Yankee fans?  I understand that if the Yanks lose, they are basically out of it, but there was still way too much celebrating on my floor for tying the ALDS at 1-1.  Frankly, it was something that we Red Sox fans would do.

While I had no problem with Joe Nathan starting the 12th inning, there\'s no way he should have been allowed to pitch to Rodriguez. Closers don\'t throw 50 pitches in a game after throwing the previous day. Series over. Excuse me while I throw up.
