• Can someone explain to me how ticket "agencies" are legal?  How is it that Stub Hub and Ace Tickets can do what they do and its not against the law?  Even more infuriating is that pro sports teams now advertise these places as a way to secure tickets in thier parks and through commercials?  I know I\'m probably missing something completely blatant, but it boggles my mind that you can double, triple, do whatever you want to your ticket value, post it online, collect the profits as the individual selling them & the "agency" collects a fee off the top of that even?  Didnt the NFL try to sue StubHub a few years ago over all of this?  I guess I\'m just looking for how is it NOT considered scalping or what the hell the loop hole is?
