  ok good that\'s what i thought.  people are throwing around rumors that they\'re charging or putting holds on money for people that aren\'t getting any tickets...  it seems to me this would go against the agreement both parties agreed to on the request site....

• all the people who saw pending charges on their cards got them...everyone who got denied, like me, heard ariound 4-430 that they didnt get any
