Ellis, hook up the front lighting please. a simple strand of LED lights at the front of the stage would do wonders. i have blue ones around my bar that light up my whole room.
No the problem is not that he does not HAVE the front lighting. He does.
He just does not know how to use conventionals ALONG w/ his movers.
It has always been a problem for him since The Puppethouse and if he has not gotten a clue yet, I doubt he will. :sigh:
is this song being made a big deal because it was brought off the shelf? cause to me, it def doesnt not get the job done. why unshelve this song i guess is what i am getting at. does nothing for me and after listening to the show, is one of the lower points musically on the discs.
just my .02 flame away if you want to.
Yes that is the only reason.
I also do not think it\'s all that, but it is nice to have them bring back a song old school fans like and that they can reinterpet as The Breakfast.
I know nothing about working lighting rigs but i do know what i have to deal with and some ambient light is not a bad thing every now and then. But i appreciate what we have now compared to what was. leaps and bounds my friends, leaps and bounds
hey Leith, easy on the harsh negative criticisms, try offering some advise rather than put people on the defensive. cheer up man the glass is half full.
You seem to think I have not offered advice. I HAVE!!
I have personally face to face talked to him about what he can do to improve his lighting the band. He has never responded to any PM\'s I have sent and basically has ignored my advice.
I keep my mouth shut usually about this subject but seeing as I have 10 years experience lighting bands and have lit(actually in more ways than one;)) The Breakfast myself, I think I know what I am talking about.
Oh and btw I Like Gregg and think he does have potential to be an excellent LD.
