Actually, due to CAFE (corporate average fuel efficency) standards, ford and gm cars have, on average, better gas mileage than their import competators.

I think Chrysler gets away from this because when the law was passed they were German-owned, and now they are a privately held company.

Yeah there have been unbelievable riots in all of Greece\'s major cities. There has been a pretty strong anarchist movement in Greece since it was under military control, in the 70s I think. These anarchists took the demonstrations and turned them into riots, and the college students who started the protests are just going with it.

I understand why they\'re pissed at the cops... But it really sucks that they\'re burning and looting peoples\' stores and homes. It\'s a terrible time for a store owner to lose merchandise, during the Xmas season when they really need the sales...
