I am pretty sure that it is not legal to sell that except in CA and CO, and for medicinal purposes only.  Though it has been dropped to a misdimeanor in MA.  

If Mamajuana is some sort of Dominican rum, I think you are sorry chipped as i dont believe that it is available in CT

Mama Juana is a drink from the Dominican Republic that is concocted by allowing rum, red wine, and honey to soak in a bottle with tree bark and herbs[1]. The taste is quite similar to port wine and the color is a deep red. However, if you can ever score me a bottle from your family, I would love to give that a try........

I still have most of a bottle left, but it has been ****... If you make it down to NJ, I\'ll save you some... It definitely doesn\'t compare to my great-grandmother\'s homemade aniset that had 50+ years to ripen; that was a rough night...
