What are y\'alls opinions on it?

Combine with thoughts on the second half of the TARP funds, and Geitners general plans to fix the banking sector?

My hope is that its a nice mix of:

-tax cuts (specifically ones that will motivate people to make energy efficiency improvements to their homes, because the construction industry [ie 90% of my extented family] is hurting right now)

-Something to straighten out the banks (but only if it results in me knocking a couple points off my mortgage)

-Government spending on infrastructure
Roads, bridges, schools, electricity grid, PUBLIC Transportation (man get people OFF the roads).

- A nice juicy tax break for corporations, but only if they use it to allow more employees to telecommute (get people off the roads!!  Save gas).

But in reality, over the last month you\'ve seen the folks that run this country fight over who gets to steal the most.  Nothing they do will reverse the course of this depression.  It\'s got to run it\'s course
