Monday starts American Craft Beer Week! Every craft brewer in America is doing special activities, including lots of beer dinners, extended tour hours, brewer appearances and more.

Check out events in your area at http://www.americancraftbeerweek.org and be sure to drink some American craft beer!

P.S. Yes, it is also national ride your bike to work week!

I just stocked my fridge with heady 22oz. craft beers a week ago. Some ser gems in there. The Marin IPA I had last night was definitely one of the best ones I\'ve tasted.

Colorado seems to be a Mecca for craft beers, Salli Alli, I am so jealous. I\'ve been on an IPA kick ever since NYE in Utica. Have tried at least a dozen different ones already this year. Enjoying a 22 oz. Moylan\'s IPA brewed in Novato, CA, as I type this. Tasty stuff. Al Z, I\'ll look for the Marin IPA next time I\'m in my local liquor superstore. :beer: Life\'s too short to drink shitty beer.

Funny, I actually have Moylan\'s IPA in my refrigerator. I have a huge store nearby with lots of craft beers to choose from and many have their ratings listed to make it easier to scope out the gems. Moylan\'s scored 96/100 (the double IPA scored 97). Go to BEVmo.com (the local store) to search their listings.

The Moylan\'s was excellent, now on to their Hopsickle Imperial IPA (9.2% apv). Thanks for the info about BEVmo.com, I will definitely check it out. I\'ve been referring to BeerPal.com and the BeerAdvocate.com for suggestions. One cannot have enough sources about good beer. Looks like sobriety is out of the question this weekend.

not really, we\'re heading over to new belgium brewery in an hour. all y\'all need to go to Willimantic Brewing Co. on main st in Willi, i bet they\'re throwing down this week. best beer coming out of ct right now
