You can hardly tell the diff from when it was CO Brewing Co.  Just saw the tricksters there.  Danbury has been a tough sell for the breakfast historically because all you pussies on the coast don\'t show like Danbury\'s another f\'in planet or something.  That\'s right, I said it.  Take it up w/ me in Danbury!

Danbury may be a tough sell, but it seems like this venue could be important to the growth of The Breakfast.  The owners have some heavy duty music industry credentials (from Premier\'s website):

Quote
PREMIER CONCERTS/PKM PRESENTS LLC was formed in January 2004 by veteran entertainment executive producer Peter Kauff and investor and concert promoter Keith Mahler..

Peter Kauff began his entertainment career as a talent booking agent at GAC, involved with the Beatles first U.S. appearance, where he met Frank Barsalona.  Barsalona went on to form Premier Talent. Peter joined his friend Frank at what was the beginning of the live concert  industry as we know it today. Peter represented the industry\'s biggest artists, Led Zeppelin, The Who, Jethro Tull and Yes, virtually all of the English rock royalty. Peter left the booking agency business and started Cross Country Concerts with Shelly Finkel. The company promoted concerts through out Connecticut including Watkins Glen, the largest festival in rock music history. Peter moved onto to create and produce The King Biscuit Flower Hour, the most successful live concert broadcast syndicated radio show in the world. Peter subsequently formed the College Television Network (CTN).

Keith Mahler began his entertainment career promoting high school dance/concerts in Connecticut. Keith opened the Palace Theater in Waterbury, CT to rock concerts in January, 1972 presenting Alice Cooper. Keith promoted concerts at the Palace, (where he first met Peter Kauff), and in other small theaters and college campuses throughout New England, promoting artists such as Harry Chapin, Cheech & Chong, George Carlin, REO Speedwagon, The Eagles, Steely Dan, Bonnie Raitt, and Bruce Springsteen, until 1978. Keith began an investment career spanning the next 27 years  but never lost his love for music.

Peter Kauff and Keith Mahler came together again, through the restoration of the Palace Theater in Waterbury, CT, and launched Premier Concerts to produce and promote concerts in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Here is a low res. image of a flyer Kindm\'s and I will pass around Northern Westchester ;

If anyone would like it as a print ready copy, please email me at Kim at blueberrydreams dot com

Very glad to have a kind venue right near me, hope The Breakfast play there often (selfish, but wish it all the same [BANANA][/BANANA]!)

BigMamaBlueberry and KindM\'s, nice work on the flyer and it is definitely needed for this show.

As tough as this show may be to "sell" it is probably the most important show of the year thus far. A solid turnout here will be enough for people to start taking notice and possible build a relationship with people who can get this ship steered in the right direction. The only way to get out of the bar/small club scene is to take advantage of shows that are a step up. I hope this works out for the band because bar/small clubs are for the birds, we need theater and bigger clubs.
Love many, trust few and don\'t be late.
