great pitching duel last night. all this talk about yankees starting pitching, and we\'ve seen 2 gems so far.

damon\'s at-bat in the 7th last night was great to watch.

schilling\'s out for game 5. we\'ll see lowe instead..

sorry, that should be game 5 (if necessary). ;)

no, i don\'t really think there will be a sweep. i expect the sox to show up in boston.. we\'ll see though.

this rocks:

WHO\'S YOUR DADDY!!

Sorry, can\'t get it out of my head.

Us Card fans were ripped off BIG TIME last night with no broadcast here.

I thought the same thing, but found the Cards-Astros on NESN.

No such luck here. We used to have NESN and MSG. They took those away, shoved YES down our throats, and raised the rates.

Such a deal!

Right because Cheshire is much closer to New York City than Boston. That makes sense. UGH! Well, a win is a win is a win is a win is a win...

That pic is cool.  Just as good was the Boston Globe\'s sports cover last year on the eve of the series:  A hand-drawn Theo Epstein dressed as Luke Skywalker in a light-saber duel with Steinbrenner dressed as Vader.  It was perfect.  The light sabers even said "Louisville Slugger" on them if you looked close.

i havn\'t seen this anywhere but....are the sox, or more accurately is francona going to be held accountable for using schilling in game 1 if he was hurt. were they "hoping" he would be ok and if so, is it negligent of him to not start his best available pitcher in game 1. whomever starts game 1 is most likely to pitch in more games for you, so it makes sense, if possible, to start your "ace" in game 1....which schilling clearly wasn\'t. this rain delay is going to make pedro available sooner but that\'s purely luck (or the curse sucking you back in) if they didn\'t know the extent of the injury then someone (schilling, the doctor,epstein....) was asleep at the wheel and if they did....pedro should have started.

mussina is not scheduled to pitch game four on normal rest cause torres trying to set up his rotation for the series with his ace being able to start game one......of course they have to win first but he would be negligent not to consider it

hitters in a slump, poor manager, pitchers hiding injuries.....and sit on their ass and stare at the game fans. fenway fans cheer when something happens....yankee fans try to help make it happen

This game is turning out like the rest of them very exciting, only thing is I think I seen the ending b4 and that does not bode well for the Bosox. Too Bad.
