First "important"series of the year in the AL East, tough week for the Sox.  Tomorrow is Dice K\'s first big test...The Blue Jays bats are ON FIRE!  They better be with no closer for now.

early game for the padres today. hoping maddux can continue from his last performance and get the split with the chubbies. their pitching has been awful the past 4 games (with the exception of peavys start) and they are in need of a veteran pitcher like maddux to step up and give the bullpen a night off.

no kidding. Pettitte, Igawa, and Rasner are all i see in their depth chart right now. but as nice as it would be for them to sign clemens now, hes too old and out of shape to start a season this early in the year. you only want him for august - october in all reality.

yeah that was quite impressive. plus it makes everyone forget about the dodgers comeback against the padres last september when they hit 4 in a row to tie the game in the bottom of the 9th. i think they jacked a 2 run shot in the 10th to win it too. damn i hate the dodgers.
