Adrian informed me yesterday that he will be sitting in (all night on drums) with a band called To Die For.  I am not sure how he got the gig, but I guess their regular drummer needed the night off.

He described this band as an Americana/Bluegrass outfit with Drums, Upright Bass, Pedal Steel Guitar, and Acoustic Guitar.  He also mentioned that the Pedal Steel player is touted as the best pedal steel player in CT.

The show is Friday June 15th at Kaylas in Guilford.  Now I am not sure about the actual bar name, location, and start time, but I wanted to get this up there as soon as possible to help support Adrian.  I dig bluegrass/americana music and know a lot of you do as well.  I am sure it will be a heady ball stompin good time.......

This is not a steady project for Adrian, just a fill in, but it would be nice to support the Animal playing music we dont usually get to hear him play.....

That sounds awesome and after the Bisco Baltimore madness of the weekend before i will be ready for some nice Ball Stompin\' Bluegrass.

The name of the bar is Ceili\'s Irish Pub. It\'s at 29 Water Street in Guilford. About 6 minutes from my house. I\'ll be there.

Directions from New Haven:
Take EXIT 58 off I-95
Turn RIGHT onto CHURCH ST / CT-77.  Go 0.7 miles to the end. (You will cross Route 1 and at the end the Town Green will be in front of you.)
Turn RIGHT onto BROAD ST / CT-77.  
Take first LEFT onto WHITFIELD ST / CT-77. (The Green will be on your left)
Continue to follow WHITFIELD ST. 0.2 miles
Take first RIGHT onto WATER ST / CT-146. (It is at the corner of the Green)
Ceili\'s is less than 0.1 mile down on the right. They have an Irish flag hanging off the front of the building. The Post Office is across the street on your left. This is where I would suggest to park.

I will indeed be at the boat cruise. i\'m gonna have to screw up there as soon as i get out of work and battle MassHole traffic up to Boston but i\'ll be there.

Start time tonight is about 9pm.......
