New CLUTCH album out Tues 3-27
« on: March 25, 2007, 10:29:40 pm »
New Clutch album From Beale Street to Oblivion is out Tuesday.

I have a feeling I\'ll be hearing crickets in this thread, but if you like the Breakfast they are worth a listen.
And for all of you out there lamenting the Breakfast\'s 3 piece line up- Clutch actually added a B3 player.  Mmmm. Keyboardy.

experienced the loss and pain I have experienced,

how would you describe it, I\'ve never heard of them, but I\'d def give it a chance.
Everywhere there\'s lots of piggies, Living piggy lives. You can see them out for dinner With their piggy wives, Clutching forks and knives To eat their bacon

1995-2004 Clutch = Frank Zappa meets Slayer

2004-Present Clutch = Black Crowes meets Henry Rollins

They went through a stylistic change in \'04.  They became less metal and more melodic.  The last two albums have explored some blues roots.  Technically sound musicianship.  Thoughtful intelligent (and growling) lyrics.  Wailing guitar.

I just downloaded it and gave a couple songs a listen. Not bad. I\'ll get back to the rest later on or tomorrow.

Just noticed someone put Moxie and Deuce on the pig also.

I know it wasn\'t. Not your screen name. Not sure who it was.

Moxie was grabbed 53 times.
