a very proud adrian just called me with this news.. Caitlin just returned home from NAMM, where she became the new female World\'s Fastest Drummer, recording 799 single bass drum strokes in 60 seconds.

details of the event and the trip are on Caitlin\'s page, but i just wanted to get that out there, and wish Caitlin (and Adrian!) a BIG congratulations!! :thumbsup:

Speed is one thing, but this girl Caitlins also got a serious sense of groove and rhythm. I was really *really* impressed @ the Freakout when she opened for PB.

Adrian watch out bro, this reminds me of those kung fu movies where the student prodigy leaves his master and then comes back after kicking asses around the world for 10 years to challenge his sensei for the final battle!
