Assuming that there is a belligerent old man that breaks into your house to bestow gifts upon you at the end of the year, and further on, that he has a master list that says overall what kind of a person you have been for the last 365 days, and this list is used in weighing the amount and quality of said gifts,

Things to consider:
*You have to choose one, so even if you did a ton of good things, but they still don\'t add up to counter balance a major bad thing you did, you\'re still naughty.
*breaking the law in any way is being naughty whether or not you were caught. (possession, speeding, using a fake id to get into a 21+ show, downloading music you didn\'t pay for, driving drunk, drinking
while driving, disturbing the peace, etc, etc)
*use your own moral values in deciding
