look, not every song can be really dynamic and captivating. its like a song for agressive noobs who are having trouble identifying with scheme. i\'m not a huge fan of the song, but i like it for what it is: a short rocker (unique in the breakfasts repertoire)

but, if you put it among a set of d5, vt song, dig, phaddy, etc it is an especially big letdown.

Who is Jim Kost and why was he playing keyboards on Vermont Song?  I had to look twice as I thought it said "Jim Koch"

Well who he is has been established so to the other question you poised I just say are U SER?
The Breakfast sound awesome w/ a keyboard player(esp. on this song) do you need any other reason than that?

They sound awesome without a keyboard player too.  The thing that needs to happen is a permanent shelving of VT Song(aka the 10,000+ song that utilizes the Bo Diddley rythmn;))
