it was most definitely a very sick show...would have to say it was one of the best sets at 10klf.  couldn\'t think of anyone better than the trio to kick off the festival weekend.

glad to hear.

i knew it was going to work for the best. there were a few naysayers that thought negative when they heard it was a Wednesday, but there will always be the early arrivals at any festival. People go to festivals for the most for the music and what else are they going to do on the first night of the festival then go out and hear the music.
Love many, trust few and don\'t be late.

When we rolled into Moorhead for the Broken Axe show on Saturday the 15th we met a bunch of kidz who knew/had friends going to set up camp on Monday......Kidz were primed and ready for The Breakfast Invasion......and it showed.....in spades

the shows rocked. the breakfast kicked it off right, then railroad earth threwdown. next day RE again was sick as fuck. i didn\'t dig the keller incident, but i hate keller so. p n f was fuckn great! awsome help>dark star. i walked out on umphries. they suck never ever climax. i made my way to the great all american taxi and im glad i did. it was fucking fun ass show! then i went to assembly of dust wichwas pretty good. Saturday i saved all my energy for GRAB which i thought it was pretty good. the mmw shit was off the chain! that wrapped up my festival

hope a recording surfaces soon.

has any trio show been taped yet?

I taped the 10klf set.  I haven\'t listened on a good playback system yet, but what I\'ve heard sounds well, it\'s passable, but I really hope someone else fared better.  There were at least 4 rigs running and a number of patchers.

I was unaware the band would play as a trio - quite a surprise!

The PA was muddy at the beginning.  I spoke with the soundguy (Josh, right?) when he came up by the tapers section.  He appeared frustrated and said he couldn\'t get any isolation at the board.  I loaned him my headphones so he could get the sound tweaked - a dramatic improvement to my ears.

Peaches - holy sh!t that was fantastic!!!  I think they made a lot of new fans last Wednesday.  The trio sound is pretty crunchy.  I think the harder edge increased the energy level and really got the crowd pumped.

thank for taping. I am very interested in hearing how the music has evolved since being at the Corner Pocket and hearing the 1st night of change.

cant wait to hear this show....cant believe what I missed not being around here in a couple of months.  If I had known that Jordan was no longer in the band I wouldnt have missed either of the Broken Axe shows or the 10k show.....DAMNIT!!!  3 shows in 5 days within 4 hours of me and I didnt make it to any of them.  I need to hear this show!!!  Where will it be posted?

Also, I\'ve been trying to d/l the 7/7/06 show off of bt.etree.org with no luck.  If any of you have it can you please seed it and let me know where its at.  I\'m looking for the soundboard version if its around.

Thanks in advance.

I\'m holding off posting mine because I\'m not terribly pleased with the results and I\'m sure someone else pulled a better tape.  If no other copy is forthcoming I\'ll upload mine to the Archive
