caught her live this past weekend and what an incredible set!  she is very beautiful and her band\'s music is just plain kick ass.

i finally finished a download off of archive, sounds pretty good.

btw, my friend took some great pictures at mt. jam.  got a nice shot of the "side boob" :wtfban:! be jealous, be very, very jealous ;)

Glad you were there to see it too!

There was ser side boob action going on tho.

when she whipped off that flanel shirt and started dancin around the stage with the tamborine I thought I had died and went to heaven.

I honestly feel bad just talking about how hot she is though because she is an INCREDIBLY talented musician too.

VERY genuine and deep down soulful artist. She just radiates good energy.

I\'ve been telling everyone who\'ll listen how good she was @ Toad\'s.  She needs to ditch her back up band fast though.  Very personable too.  I bought her a drink after the idiot new guy we had at the 21+ side was hassling her for an ID.  I had to tell him, uh, bro- she was the opening act.

yup. the back up band isnt horrible but she can do way better.

I could honestly see her getting great band to back her up and blowing up to national act status ina few years time.

She has it all.

I got to meet her briefly because my friend knows her. She is really nice and fun to talk to. Guess she\'s datin the drummer too which is pretty weak sauce but whatever, they\'ll be dunzo when I put the moves on her this summer hehe.

The feel of the show reminded me of Macy Gray right before she blew up.

The sound reminds me of Joan Osborne, who really rocks despite her radio songs.  She was eternally damned as a joke by Mike Meyers/Dr. Evil. singing that song.

Friday Night is the Grace Potter show you want to be at

Friday September 29, 2006
Paradise Rock Club, Boston MA
http://www.thedise.com/

Grace Potter and the Nocturnals with Peter Prince & Moonboot Lover

That is going to be a Killer show. If you have never heard or seen Peter before you really need to treat yourself. He is sooo good.

kalb hasn\'t played with peter in quite some time :(  he was in the original incarnation of peter prince and the trauma unit (paul wolstencroft, gary wicks, johnny trama and eric kalb were the original group).

it\'s really too bad, cause kalb is one of my favorite drummers.  the guy is just sick :banllama:

i know one of them was in jerkwater ruckus, but i\'m having a brain fart right now
