And everyone who hates on smokers.

I don\'t hate smokers, however I do hate 2nd hand smoke and that stale smoke smell that comes with smokers clothes and whatnot.

Do I now have to write her a letter of apology? What is the protocol here?

Yes.  Actually I\'ll write it for you:

Dear Fucking Hag Bitch,

Get a fucking life you dumb waste of oxygen.

Eat an infected D

Sincerely,

I got a full-page memo from a senior associate athletic director on official letterhead because of a small typographical error in our most recent women\'s basketball game program. Mind you, this is from a co-worker (a superior, more accurately) who has my cell number, desk phone number, home phone number and e-mail address. Her office is three doors down from mine and I know her personally.

Had she come to talk to me, I would have taken the blame (though it was actually the printer\'s error) and apologized. Do I now have to write her a letter of apology? What is the protocol here?

I seriously feel your pain. I do.  It\'s like people have no common sense.  Typos are mistakes.  It\'s not like you purposely sought out to do it.  A conversation would have done the job, but honestly, you probably didn\'t even talk about it. I\'m sure after they were all printed, you realized it and went "doh!"

I get the most asinine complaints.  If I make one small typo that\'s on the screen for 5 seconds, its like I get an email, two phone calls, and someone at the door.

People that hold their cell phones up at concerts

To share the moment with a friend at home.

Guess what genius, it\'s just gonna sound like 120 decimals of garbage in your friends voice mail. They\'re not gonna listen to more then 5 seconds of it, and you look like a knucklehead.

Yes.  Not to mention that touch screen, "we\'ll do your order while you shop" thing at the deli doesn\'t work.  I come back, see it\'s not done, take a number in the regular line and get it faster.
