...canceling a haircut and rescheduling it for a much more inconvenient day and time, then having the reason you rescheduled your haircut in the first place canceled at the last minute. I am now somehow busier, despite having less to do.

Ticket master/ Livenation.

If they were serious about keeping the scalpers out, it would be like airline tickets. You put the tix under a name and require ID to get in.

Would this suck if bought tix then couldn\'t go- yes. But it would almost eliminate this mess we saw today.

i heard there are these programs that scalper companies buy that can bypass the security checkpoints in tickmaster and other ticketing sites and request up to 600,000 requests at once...i bet some of that went on at 10am today.  apparently ticketmaster is suing the makers of the program.

a year ago some guy used it and got like 400 hannah montana tickets to one show

Dalai Lama has medical tests for arm discomfort
Eds: APNewsNow.
NEW DELHI (AP) - The Dalai Lama has been taken to a New Delhi hospital for medical tests after experiencing discomfort in his arms. The Tibetan spiritual leader\'s spokesman, Tenzin Takhla, said Monday he is currently undergoing the tests. The 73-year-old Buddhist leader underwent surgery in October to remove gallstones and had to cancel several international trips. Takhla says he is expected to return to Dharmsala, where he has his  headquarters, on Tuesday.

also, I didn\'t even try for phish tickets on ticketmaster, and reading this page, I\'m glad I didn\'t. Scalpers piss me off, especially when the law allows them to do it under the pretence of an "agency"

ghosts

Never go to my sisters house.  Hanging out with my niece (3yrs old), I was given a tour of the house and shown all the locations where ghosts hang out.
