Hello All! I\'ve finally had a few minutes to sit down and upload all my pictures from the past three months of adventures.
http://www1.snapfish.com/share/p=286151147739598088/l=97861757/g=27310053/otsc=SYE/otsi=SALBThey begin with a short trip to Denver. We got in a day of skiing, 2 Breakfast shows, and watching my 9yr. old cousin tear up the ice in Hockey Class.
Next came The Breakfast tour... Unfortunately I wasn\'t so heavy on the picture taking.
Then my first truck from Denver, Co. to Burbank, Ca. The drive went smoothly and it was a fun experience... Until the guy was pissed about some of the details of the truck. (Good thing I\'m only the delivery girl)
After that came the 2 1/2 wk trip East. It started off with a bang going to see Urban Fetch and Orooni at Kenny\'s Castaways in NYC. I had an audition that Sat and then took the bus up to Cambridge, Ma. for a Breakfast show at the Middle East followed by a great after party at Seth\'s and a lazy bus ride back to the city with Jim the next day.
Off to Alexandria, Va. to Puppysit.
Another Audition in NYC (but we just went up for the day from Va)
Went to see Carey in Baltimore
Audition in Annapolis and caught another Breakfast show in Baltimore
Flew to Denver and took off in Truck ..2 to Long Beach, Ca.
It was all going to work out great. Leave Denver at 8am, arrive in Vegas about 12 hours later to meet my family for dinner, take off for Long Beach around 10 the next morning and catch a train and be back in SD by 5pm... Not to be!
I didn\'t leave Denver until 10:30 because I had to wait for my temporary tags to show up from the leasing office. So I made it to Vegas around 10:30pm and ate everyone\'s leftovers. We had a nice breakfast the next day and I left around 10:30am. Just outside of Baker, Ca. the Turbo hose blew and the truck wouldn\'t go more than 15 mph. When I called roadside assistance they wanted to tow me back to Vegas. It didn\'t seem worth it since I could have fixed it if I\'d had a screwdriver... Anyway, long story short... Someone came and fixed it and it blew off again 80 miles later outside of Barstow. They still wanted to tow me all the way back to Vegas so I just called another fix it guy and bought a screwdriver off of him just in case. It was fine the rest of the way but I didn\'t get to Long Beach until 9:30 at night and missed my train. Fortunately, my aunt lives in San Pedro so I stayed over and conveniently got a ride home with her Step-daughter the next day.
Whew, what a crazy three months. I leave again Wednesday to drive from Denver to Napa, Ca. just to come back and cram for a competition on the 3rd.
Enjoy the photos!
