There should be no problem finding a ticket for tomorrow evening.

< absolutely bullshit that I have to work Monday till 9pm, damn this occupation.

As your attorney I highly recommend you "come down" with some 24 hour bug.   I also advise you to rent a very fast car with no top. And you\'ll need the cocaine. Tape recorder for special messages. Acapulco shirts. Get the hell out of town!

a corporate email was sent out on Wednesday that if we want to get paid for the Holiday we need not get sick on Monday or Wednesday and if we do get sick, we best be sick enough to fool the old MD.

f\'in nazi\'s!

Mr. Completely

This is the Mr. Completely from the PNC Banks  Art Center, download is from trey.com, and its worth listen. I just remembered that I am getting out early tomorrow, might just be 1 hour but hoping for a 2 hour dismissal. Might just try to get to Hartford for G.R.A.B directly from work.

Trey, Gordo & The Duo

Set I: Plasma, Drifting, Mud City, Trouble, Goodbye Head> Sleep, Get Back1, Shine, Suskind Hotel, Coming Up Roses1, Host Across The Potomac, Mr. Completely, Dragonfly, Communication Breakdown1
Encore: Tuesday

Hands down floored by this performance, almost every song launched into some kind of other earthly jam.  Completely mind bending.  The jam in Communication Breakdown was so good that it completely made up for the fact that Trey obvious doesn\'t know that he can\'t sing... and attempted to do Robert Plant material...? (what the hell is he thinking?!)

Marco Benevento ... is fucking unreal!!

Is this a joke?

I really hope so.

Grab fuckin blows donkey dick.

I love trey. I love Mike. I love Phish. I saw over 100 shows from 95 on i love them so much. I love the original TAB. I even love the duo. and i deffinitly love the duo with gordo.

BUT GRAB FUCKIN SUCKS!!!!!!!

ok i guess it could have been worse. it was MAYBE decent at BEST.....

but if you thought it was "mind bending" you must have been front row on a lot of really really good drugs or never seen a rock concert or want to blwo trey off or got paid top say that because it was friggin weak. I highly doubt they will ever tour again after this.

So yea it was a huge let down.

but THANK GOD FOR PHIL. He saved it.

He was really really good  :) Second set camden was prolly the best I\'ve ever seen.

Trey with phil and friends is 1423094723104721 times better than trey with the duo.

spoken like just another bitter phish fan.  YAWN.

Look, I loved phish too and while not being able to brag up the kind of show numbers that you\'ve got under yer hemp tied belt I\'ve been to enough to consider myself more than a casual fan.

I can\'t seem to understand how you love every element that makes up GRAB, but put\'em together and they BLOW...  How is that possible?

What was there not to love about that show?

I\'m not bitter or jaded or any of that. I dont wish phish would come back or compare side projects to phish. I wasnt trying to brag either. I just mentioned my extreme love of phish so it was known i wasnt just some phil/dead junkie trey hater who just hates on anything trey bashing trey cuz it was trey.

What was there not to love about that show?

Its pretty simple if you think about it.

Four good musicians that you like doesnt neccesarily add up to a good band.

And adding members to bands that are already good very often fucks up the chemistry and makes the band worse instead of better.

Just look at phil and friends.

Trey doesnt mix well with the duo and gordon. just doesnt mesh well in my opinion.

The songs are weak and the jams are off beat and peak awkwardly and there is very little music that is actually fun to dance to which is what I like to do at rock and roll shows.

There were a few good moments here and there but it was really disapointing overall.

were you listening to the same show at SPAC last night. mike/trey/duo or whatever they call themselves were un-funking real. never listened to much of their stuff but did catch their set at bonnaroo and knew when I went to SPAC I would be in for a treat.  And they didn\'t let me down. Although I was lucky enough to score a $40 inside seat and if I had taken any sort of mind-altering substances I\'m sure I would still be spinning.

As for PHil and Friends alot of my buddies were sort of upset that Phil was closing the show, some even were considering leaving, which is fucking stupid since the main reason I went to the show was to see Phil and Friends. Then after the show these same people were kind of upset that Joan sang most of the songs, but I loved the selection as well as Joan much improved dancing compared to her with The Dead during the 2004 tour. But that\'s just my opinion that it for what it\'s worth.

peggy o> althea

it was deffinitly a slow show last night.

It was a sunday night and they had played two VERY rockin shows on fri and saturday.

Second set Camden was SER.

Set 2 with Trey: Jam>Lady With a Fan>Terrapin Station> Jam>St. Stephen> The Eleven> Rosemary> *#Desire>Rosemary> #Feedback>Fire On The Mountain> I Know You Rider

E:Box of Rain

This was seriously GREAT. Prolly the best phil set I have ever seen. Trey played perfectly with them. Leading the jams at the right times in ill fashion and getting Phil and the band really psyched up BUT not doing too much at the same time (i.e. trey ego wank fest take over). It was awesome balance of EXTREMELY rockin highs, powerful soulful lows, prestine sounding melodies.

Second set PNC was also OFF THE HOOK.

Playing In The Band>
Eyes Of The World>
Magnolia Mountain>
Turn On Your Lovelight
Help On The Way>
Slipknot!>
*Franklin\'s Tower

E:*Going Down The Road
Feeling Bad

* w/Trey

Phil was the shit I wanted to go see more shows but I was too tired and spent too much money and had to work. But i am likely gonna have to hit a few more up!

trey cant keep up with the duo

they are just on different wave lengths

trey is obviously vibing better with the mature more classic oldschool style (i.e phil) than the fast pace new school crazyness of the duo\'s energy these days because he ruled with phil and sucked with the duo.

maybe the will synch up at some point on the tour. I gotta cut em slack because the first rehearsal with trey was the week after mountain jam.

But I honestly dont see it working out.

OysterHeads has more chemistry than GRAB
