$220,000,000 Powerball Pool - Tomorrow\'s Drawing
« on: April 11, 2006, 09:22:20 am »
This is kinda last minute for tomorrow\'s drawing, but I\'ll toss it out there anyway in case anyone is interested, and will run another for Saturday if there is no jackpot winner tomorrow:

antbach\'s thebreakfast.info Powerball Pool for Wednesday April 12, 2006 drawing.

Cost: $5.00 per person

Payment info: Cash^ or Paypal (request an invoice FIRST, and do not mention Powerball, Lottery, Gambling, etc.). If paying by PayPal add 50 cents per $5 to cover fees.

Purchase info:
All payments must be received by 6:00pm EST Wednesday. I will purchase computer quick picks Wednesday evening at approximately 6:30pm.

I will post all ticket numbers to all players in a mass Private Message after the last batch is purchased on Wednesday.

If we win: If one of the tickets wins the jackpot, all players who payed for the pool will be required to meet in either Rhode Island on a select date and time to be determined so we can claim our prize as a group; a lawyer will be contacted prior to public announcement. The payout will be a LUMP SUM payment.

Other prizes: Note that tickets will not include the $1 extra for Power Play. Please visit http://ctlottery.org/powerball.htm#POWERBALL for payout table for non-jackpot winning tickets. Non jackpot prize amounts up to $100 will be donated to .info ($22 last time). Non jackpot prize amounts over $100 will be split evenly (after taxes, if applicable) between the players.

To play, contact me through .info PM, AIM - Ant8tnA, email - abachinski@snet.net, or phone (203) 214-5627.

^For those going to The Century Lounge on Saturday and want to play in the Wednesday drawing, I will front the money for you and you can pay me in person at the show.

The names below will be updated with confirmed (as in I have them written down and are on my list) people. If you have tryed to contact me and do not see your name on the list as the deadline approaches, CALL ME! Make sure you leave a message with your name and number, I screen my calls.

list updated, but for those who are in already I have a question for ya. as stated above, any prize below $100 will be donated to .info as we did last time. My question is if there is no jackpot winner in tomorrow\'s drawing would you guys/gals want to donate it to .info still or put it towards Saturday\'s drawing (I\'ll have a list of people who are in for tomorrow\'s drawing, and only those people would be eligible for the tickets purchased with tomorrow\'s winnings). Personally I think its a good idea, but can also become a headache to the additional people (if any) for Saturday\'s pool (if there is one), mostly due to the "how do you know the winning ticket was with the $20 from Wednesday\'s winnings?" scenario (though I have a way around this if needed).

to me the $5 is worth it knowing I won\'t be the 1 member kicking themselves in the ass if we hit it.

Think of all the times people at a job or whatever hit the lottery. You know theres atleast 1 guy/gal who didn\'t cough up the few bucks and is sitting there while the rest of his former co-workers is becoming wealthy.

Thats got to be the biggest kick in the balls eva!
