consider this an official word..
this has not been given up on. here\'s what\'s going on right now...
i didn\'t want to say anything about this until i was done, but i\'ve spent the better part of my free time in the last month working on 7 years worth of catch-up work on db.etree.org. this includes adding EVERY PB/tB setlist there, then adding info for EVERY (known) PB/tB recording.
this is not as simple as just copying & pasting setlists from .info and .net. i\'ve found that the setlists at .net are absolutely ridden with errors - wrong dates, inconsistancies, wrong setlists, etc, etc... i want the db.etree.org setlists to be perfect, so that i can use them for the .info db when the time comes. so i\'m going through and cleansing the setlists, cross-checking the dates/venues with jambase, and cross-checking the setlists with .info and the pbfans yahoogroup. i started with the most recent setlists, and i\'m working my way backwards. i\'m currently on september 2002. i\'m hoping to be done with the db.etree.org project within a month.
after that, i can start adding the setlists into the .info setlist db. this will also take a lot of work, but at least i will know that the setlists will already be as perfect as they can be. long story short, i\'m hoping to have a fully-functional show tracker with every stat you could think of, in place on .info by the end of the year.
