there is no more $5 entry pool! No interest. But the group on ESPN is open for those filling out silly amounts of brackets (like me, cos I had nothing to do at work yesterday) on multiple sites. The Yahoo! Group is the Official .info Pool for bragging rights (see Drew\'s entry)

Iowa was my first Elite 8 team to bite it, but surely won\'t be the last.

Meanwhile, even though I picked them, good riddance to my second most-hated Big East team: the Seton Hall Pirates. Consider me the conductor of the Wichita State bandwagon.

Have you ever heard of anyone completing a perfect bracket prior to the tournament?  I\'m wondering what the probability (stated as odds) would be.

every year there are at least 1 person who completes a perfect bracket. I have never heard of anyone personally but have seen them on espn.com over the last few years.

for the record, those perfect brackets on espn on fake. this was actually on the local news last night, they had somebody do the math. While I do not remember the exact number, it was said you have a better chance of hitting Powerball than picking a perfect bracket. I think the odds number was something like: 9,235,567,326,874,546 to 1, no joke, it was definitely over a trillion to one.

I think those are the same odds of Connecticut winning the title after last night\'s disgusting performance.
