I\'d be down for some horns one of these days.  I\'d also like to add myself into the lineup as a vocalist.

I can\'t believe you all. Am I the only one who thinks SPUNK would KICK ASS with horns in it? think of the roxy version of enchida\'s for an example of what I\'m talking about.

i think horns could/will eventually be really cool. it might seem like there isn\'t enough room for horns in the already busy music of the bfast, but i highly doubt the band would play like they normally do. they would make room. tim could trade solos with a ser sax/trumpet player. i\'ve heard funky breakfast jams where there would definstely be room for horns. i\'d like to hear WTF, gladys would be interesting, honeybutter?, Merge, the chase, taboot, and obviously score!

oh yeah and spunk!

The diesel experiment Junk included a Spunk with sax.  I like the idea, I just don\'t know if we could get all the horn players from all of Zappas bands to sit in for a show!
This isn\'t who it would be if it wasn\'t who it is.

I have a connection to the Fowler brothers......

Pretty much the only horn section that would do TB justice would be Zappa\'s 88 band. I say 88 and NOT Roxy because the Roxy band actually were VERY, VERY quiet, contrary to popular belief. We need a loud raucous horn section for the boys... I\'ll get on the horn and try to wrassle these old fogies down to CT. We can literally have a "Best Band You Never Heard In Your Life" show, videotape it and sell it as The Breakfast DVD.

I haven\'t talked to Phil in a few weeks, so I have no idea what\'s going on with that.

Worrying is like praying for something you don't want.
