For one of my classes I have to attend a live jazz performance and critique it. So if anyone knows any places to catch a decent jazz band in the Rhode Island area within the next week or so, I would greatly appreciate it.

We did our assignment by attending the Jazz ensemble of our college.
You should check with the music dept. at your school or even ones close to you to see when they are having something. they usually put on stuff quite often and will usually be more than helpful
