MOE. 2007 CRUISE ANNOUNCED::
moe. is happy to announce that they are once again collaborating with
Les and Lynn Berger of Rhythms at Sea Cruises (formerly Rock the Boat
Cruises) on their 2nd music cruise. The cruise will take place January
7-14, 2007 on the the Norwegian Jewel. Fans will be treated to a
different itinerary this time: the ship will head east out of Miami and hit the
ports of San Juan (Puerto Rico), St Johns (Antigua), St. Thomas (US
Virgin Islands) and Great Stirrup Cay (Bahamas).
The Jewel is Norwegian Cruise Line\'s newest ship. This is the crowning
jewel in their incredible fleet of Freestyle Ships. She shines from bow
to stern with an incredible array of outstanding amenities including:
10 distinct restaurants
13 bars and lounges
3 swimming pools
spa and more!
moe. will play throughout the week on the ship and fans will also have
plenty of time to enjoy all the entertainment the ship has to offer.
The band and their families look forward to sharing another magical
weekend with everyone. Space is limited, so please watch
http://www.RhythmsAtSeaCruises.com for all the latest info. Please note there might be a slight
delay in info being posted by Rhythms at Sea because of Hurricane Wilma.
Tickets go on sale November 15th.

If its anything like the first, it\'ll be the best week of my life, again.

So is it just moe. and moe. side projects or other music too? After Xingolati I do not think one band could sustain my interest out on the ocean.

just moe. and moe. only, no sideprojects.  it actually worked out beautifully, the cruise was 7 nights, 6 nights of which had moe. shows, 4 of which in the theater of the boat, 1 oon the pool deck, and 1 night they did 2 acoustic shows in a smaller room and split the crowd half and half.  its a vacation that just happens to have a moe. concert every night.  the rest of the day is spent touring the great stops, or doing whatever the fuck we pleased on the boat.  its a major cruiseline on a big big ship, so the cruise was probably 1/3 people for moe. w/ some spring breakers and vacationers mixed in.  you could tell the first day everybody was a little wary of us, but by the time the week was over, everyone loved the .rons.  The pooldeck show was the only one that was open to the entire cruising capacity, so a lot of the shows after that had spring breaker chicks sneaking in and what have you.

Either way, it was a ball.  nothing beats tripping out at 6am watching the sun rise as you stroll into Jamaica.  I barely slept the entire week and made sure to get my money\'s worth any way possible.  Even the janitors on the boat knew me by week end as the kid who they\'d see every hour of every day,  except for off the boat time.  This was far beyond just a concert going experience, everyone who stepped off that boat when it was over had been changed positively in some way or another.  Its not worth explaining, but anyone that was there can concur.

Sharing a boat w/ normal people does not sound as fun as Xingolati where we were the only ones on the boat other than Carnival employees. I guess if you\'re really into moe. enough to be on their cruise the idea of basically a vaca w/ moe. every nite is very appealing though.

I agree w/ everything Igz has said.  I met him on the cruise, but it took another almost 11 months for us to actually really meet and have been friends since.

It was truly an amazing experience and I can\'t wait to set sail again!  all the fun of a cruise, plus moe. shows almost every night and some of the greatest people I know and some that I haven\'t even met yet along for the ride :)

it depends on what kinda room you get on the boat.  i think the total price ranges from 1200 to 2000.
