I know, I know...who cares.

:: NEW YEARS RUN!

The Disco Biscuits are proud to announce two nights at the Hammerstein
Ballroom on December 30th and 31st. Anyone who was at last year\'s performance at the Hammerstein can attest to the fact that the Biscuits have found a new home there and are ready to have another blowout! This time for 2 nights!
On the 30th of December, the band is honored to announce that we will be joined onstage by Alex Grey, who will be capturing the energy of the performance in a live painting. Alex’s work is truly magnificent, and this will be only the second time he has ever painted in a live setting.
December 28th and 29th will be at the Tower Theatre in Philadelphia
Pennsylvania.

A limited amount of tickets for both shows will be available on Thursday
November 3rd at noon from biscotix.

The remaining tickets will go on sale Saturday November 5th at noon at
ticketmaster.com.

Ticket prices are as follows

Tower Theatre - December 28th and 29th $27.50 in Advance/ $30.00 day of show

Hammerstein Ballroom December 30th - $32 in advance/ $37.00 Day of show

December 31st (New Years Eve) - $50 in advance/$57 day of show.

That looks like a pretty powerful run.

We won \'t know what the Biscuits will be without Sammy until they get a steady/permenant drummer. Still won\'t be the same.

I will miss Sammy, but over the last couple years due to his schooling issues, they haven\'t been the same. It is time for a change and the other three mambers are going to still be there(Sammy was most replaceable in my mind) and they will obviously pick someone talented...I hope the drummer has a totally different style than Sammy, and everything is made new and fresh. Now how am I going to get the time of for the 28th and 29th, that is the real quandry?

I\'m excited to see who turns out to be the new drummer. They have potential to be back on top and a touring machine.

Does this mean you will be spending the 30/31st with the breakfast and you are just hoping to catch a couple of biscuit shows as well, or does it mean you plan on going on a 4 night suicide biscuit gauntlet of insanity?

Alex Grey is one hell of an Artist. It would be SER indeed to watch him work w/ tDB jammin\'. SER INDEED!!!!!!!!!!!

The Biscuits play with confidence. Other bands out there are very good at what they do, some are better. For what the Biscuits do, they are the best I have seen or heard. I personally am a rock influenced fan, I choose the rock\'n\'roll foundation as my ground but, I do enjoy the opportunity to get lost in trance and space from time to time.

There is going to be an announcement of a new drummer either at A.C. in November -OR- very soon after that, trust me. NOW, they also told Sammy at CBIV that "WHENEVER" he wanted to play with them, he could always sit in, but Med school and other medical related activities do not take the normal XMas break that college has...so I doubt he is playing with them.

Honestly, I do not see Sammy even sitting in with them for a while.

Gencs, I am looking to do a 3 outta 4 night suicide gauntlet run with tDB(the 28th is a no go)...my "Holiday Run" with the Breakfast will consist of the
??->Utica->UAC III. Which ain\'t bad.

So classic. I am planning on making EC>UAC my NYE "Holiday Run" w/ The Breakfast also. lol
If UAC is confirmed for 12/10 it\'s a done deal!

I too will be interested what they do without Sammy. I hope they make the new drummer a permanent thing pretty quickly. The gimmick of different bass players with govt mule wore thin after a while. (IMHO Dave Schools would have been the best choice, but I\'m glad panic got it back together. Haven\'t heard many mule shows with the new guy as yet to make a judgement on him.)
