Looks like on October 5th .info set a new (or tied the old) record of having 132 members on line in a single day.  Shows how rapidly the site has been growing lately.  Will be exciting to see how much it grows once the band is back on the road.
This isn\'t who it would be if it wasn\'t who it is.

i think its a tie. i have been noticing that lately we have been having over 100 vistors by evening on most days. its only a matter of time until before the current record is destroyed.

yeah, yesterday was indeed a tie.. i sent out an email update yesterday, which was the reason for the spike. we were at 127 before i went to bed, and i was wondering if we were gonna beat the 132.. but like chris said, we\'ve been averaging up over 100 active members per day for some time now..

now, we just need some more active posters!

Daily attendance is surely on the uptick.  120 online so far today (don\'t forget those stealth viewers who aren\'t included in the list).

I think I\'m going to start tracking the daily attendance on a spreadsheet then run some statistical analysis with my data in the future.

139 yesterday = new record!

this is especially impressive - much more than the previous 132(s).. reason being, both days we hit that 132 milestone in the past, i had sent out email blasts to everyone (1 about the TOT, 1 about the Digest). there was no such email sent out yesterday, so 139 members came here on their own.

further, we had SEVEN new members join yesterday! now come say hello, people! :D

it\'s actually something i\'ve been meaning to do for a while, but i\'m going to open up a forum for welcoming new members.. we\'ve been getting a ton of new registrations lately, and hopefully it will also encourage new members to post..

we are going to hit 1000 members very soon at this rate... i remember not too long ago (just a few months if i recall correctly) we were talking about how we were close to 850; suddenly we find ourselves nearing 1000.... fantastic! :D
and what CAN you do, when your world is invaded by a reggaejunkiejew?!?

Dave, think long before you answer this question. Will you allow Freddie to post in the Fresh Cut Forum and if so can he use all caps?

Freddie and Gencs will probably be banned given their history for scaring newbs.

139 yesterday = new record!

I wonder how much of a deviation from the October mean occured yesterday.

I\'d guess that a recent, typical day would have garnered 90 (+/- a few) visitors.

Assuming 90 is a typical day, the percentage deviation from the mean would be 139-90/90 = +54%.

Not bad for a Monday.
