TheBreakfast Needs to come back to Oneonta
« on: September 11, 2005, 07:58:03 pm »
Biggest bfast town in NY. confirmed. Look at moe down if you have any doubts about that...there was at least 20 of us all raging it front row for all three sets. The serheads here are feeling snubbed. We had five shows here in a year and a half and now none for 6 months and none on the horizon. We deserve a hometown show after traveling all over the place to see and support them all summer. I understand if they dont want to play the pub anymore because it is a shithole...but play the autumn or the bullet or a field or something. We will all be waiting.

^^^^^ I\'ll be waiting with you man.  the breakfast play so well in new york.......i\'m always up for shows in that state.  i wish more made it to the sterling stage festival in may.  that was definetly the best festival set, besides moe. down, that i\'ve seen them do.

see now, i don\'t think going back to Oneonta should be on the priority list for the b\'fast.. i understand there\'s a lot of fans there, and i understand NY is a big state, but the band has played ONE THIRD of their total shows (29 out of 87) in NY state this year.. seems like branching out a little more might be a better idea.. IMO.

I think we should rent out the Oneonta Theater
But it\'d look kinda funny with 200 people in there considering it has
600 seats

that\'d cost a serious penny after Sound and Promo. I dont my 2 1x15 mains and new 18inch powered JBL Sub would be able to handle it. The Place is HUGE

The Agora room at Hartwick College could be a possibility, and it you can bring your own alcohol. I could get it at the Silver Bullet too, but the sound sucks there

oh that place at hartwick would be sweet. never thought of that. I saw perfect thyroid there like 10 years ago and I remember it being real chill and byob would be slammin.  But tickets would have to be like 15 bucks probly.
