Hey everyone, this is Wolfman live from the balcony at Puppet House. As I type I have a bird\'s-eye view of the postshow afterglow of what is surely one of the most severely ser Breakfast shows of all time. They somehow managed to top last night\'s herculean effort. First set tonight was equal energy to last night, which are now 1 and 1a in alltime greatest first sets. They each had the boldness, brashness, and bravado of a 2am third set. Awesome performance by both the band and particularly by the crowd for bringing top energy from box to wire. Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band turned the place out like few albums could have. Who knew that Lovely Rita Meter Maid was an epic psychedelic jam vehicle? Somewhere, Lennon was smiling. Third set capped off 6 sets of unprecedented, unparalelled, sustained ser face ownage for all who came. Buquebus first jam featured an early sustained climax that blasted right through several would-be downbeats and drove the place mad. The energy never came down from that point. Another huge double drum solo, monster Mayfly, and heavily requested/heavily jammed Rufus had everyone in the house dialed in. You know those shows where everyone in the joint is completely focused on the show, to the point where the walls could crumble around them and they wouldn\'t even notice? That was both of these shows. Superfly was a smokin old-school closer, played right here in this same room almost 7 years ago. To finish off the killer weekend, Rockin in the Free World w/ rotation showed Tim and Adrian\'s incredible musical prowess as they traded drums and guitar with no dropoff. Ser, ser, ser weekend.
As I listen to the awestuck comments eminating below me from fans old and new, it is clear that everyone who was here this weekend has seen the light in a bigtime way. Those who weren\'t on board before are in it full-steam now. To all who were here and those who could not be, I\'d recommend getting on the Breakfast train and getting comfy, cause this train is gaining steam and I\'d hate to see anyone left behind. Until next weekend...
