The Official Madden 2006 Anticipation Thread

For those of us who\'ve been playing this game our entire lives. this time of the year is my favorite. Madden goes out in about 4 days and Im telling you I am total psyched for this yrs verision. they did a lot of upgrades with the previous 05 game and this one should be just as great.  sort of like the breakfast, they get better and better every show, well Madden gets better with every year.  

what makes this yrs verision the best one yet, is the Super Bowl will be in Detroit this yr, which is my favorite team and with the players they have this yr expect them to win the north division on their way to be the first team to win a Super Bowl in their home stadium.  Yes thats right hte Detoit Lions are going to the Super Bowl this year.  I called this like 3 yrs agos and it seems everything is coming together at the right time.  

for the philly phantics lets just hope the Madden Cruise doesnt nabb Donovon F. this season... wait it already did in the 2006 Super Bowl..... oooouch

In other news, is Steve Gencs still alive?  Haven\'t heard a peep out of him since Wed. morning.  Hopefully the shows didn\'t incapacitate him this time.

still not sure how I confused people with this thread.  altho after re-reading it I could see how it just might.  

what i meant to say was the game gets better every year, while the breakfast gets better with every show

on a side note, 50 cent has a videogame coming out based on his real life, i guess he goes around shooting people and stuff, which made me wonder when the breakfast video game will becoming out, and what it would invovle?

I thought we left him on Block Island, but until we left on the ferry, we learned that he was with the group that left in the morning.

watch espnnews today and saw some new additions like you can create your own player and buy his home an agent an all that other jazz, but im not into that too much.  one thing I did thing was pretty cool though is the QB looks at the receiver hes going to throw to before he does, what i mean is theirs like a triangle light toward who they want to throw too.  not sure if that makes much sense to anyone but i guess its hard to explain so just go out and buy the game.
