It\'s funny...I want them to be successful, but at the same time, it\'s nice only having 75 or so regulars on the board, y\'know? I like being able to chat with them at a show, but it\'d be cool if I had to have a VIP pass someday.

Adrian\'s drum solo has plenty of potential to be the most intense part of a Breakfast show, and that is saying A LOT. His drumming ability will make old men who have followed music for decades cringe with disbelief...that no one can match man.
Absolute confirmage on this, by this old man who has followed music for decades!

not sure if we are talkin about the same guy, but at sterling stage, adrians drum solo blew this ..... i\'d say 60 year old hippie outta the water, saying he was the best drummer hes seen since his younger days, or possibly ever

all things looking good for the Breakfast. Solid grassroots campaign by Gordo and KyndKate by giving out free cds. Also, talking them up on other boards. Would like to see what the impact of The Breakfast will be after the 10K Lakes Festival. Possibly some newcomers to the band will be seen in the month of August. Would like to see a 3 Set or 2 super long sets, NYE show with only the Breakfast playing.

It will be nice to see the day when every Breakfast show is taped.

good to know that I am not the only one who has this dream. incredibly possible if they can find a venue or something that can be booked. They would have to start thinking about it now.

these next 2 months are gonna be real interesting. one thing that really gets on my nerves is relix\'s lack of exposure for The Breakfast. since they had the spotlight article there has been only one mention of the band\'s name, and it was about message boards killing bands. it had an example of a thread labeled "Why The Breakfast fans are less annoying than Umphrey\'s fans" or somethin. reading articles about Gabby La La and Claypool gets old issue after issue. I just think theyre not paying respect where due, especially with a band that gives the founding fathers (as in GD) so much respect in their shows. timmy should also receive a lot more recognition as one of the premier players in the game right now, even though id like to see him stay under the radar, but come on. i dont know, just having a head scratching moment where "i just dont get it" keeps running through my head..... i KNOW y\'all understand.

I also wonder why Relix hasn\'t shown them more respect.

How often does relix come out with new issues? is it every single month? I signed up for the free subscription when the link was posted on .info.  i just got the august issue with jerry on the cover, but i had not gotten one since the february/march issue with govt mule on the cover. does that make any sense?

F Relix, there just a bunch of fakes. I think the original intent of the zeen was to get people informed on what new and hot, I don\'t know about anyone here but that new Claypool stuff is kinda garbo in my ears. I think Relix went too corporate and now they\'re sell\'n out to the big names.

I just got the JerBear issues too.....

Considering the mag is probably run by heady heads....I am sure there will be a missing issue or two....
