Uncle Sammy

I remember back in 01 I think, the band Uncle Sammy opened a few shows for the breakfast, I remember in particular a Blues Cafe Show.  Anyhow, I havent heard anything of them in a while, did they disband?  I remember they were pretty tight, they played a sick version of Weather Reports Teen Town.

They no longer play together.

A few of the members are in a new band (can\'t remember the name) and they opened for The Breakfast at the Iron Horse back in February.  They actually sounded pretty good. One of my old college roomates has a sister dating the drummer (previously the Uncle Sammy drummer).
