i like keller shows a lot more when he a) doesnt loop shit (seen it twice and it\'s a lot more entertaining and upbeat b) has friends to play with him.. tends to be a show full of covers that he throws a nice twist on. i think keller is talented and one of a kind, and his mouth trumpet aint so bad at the right time.
franti and spearhead -- got my first taste of them at HSMF and i had a great time. however, i think a second time around would be boring as hell b/c ive heard that his shows are always exactly the same, like jocelyn said. he also needs to take it easy on the "How You Feeeeeeeelin\'" he mustve asked about, i dunno, 70-80 times in an hour and a half.
YMSB is always fun. good musicians, fast-fast pace, solid bluegrass vocals, pull the crowd into the show. basically a total package when youre talkin bluegrass.
UM is damn good, but good luck trying to hold a dance groove. LOTS of changes but they do have the potential to draw a sick jam out at any given show. pretty solid song writing too, cant really stand Brendan Bayliss\'s voice after awhile though. whiney bitch. they also nail covers extremely well. very good band, but they got NOTHING on TB.
