i think last time i charged $20 and only took pre orders. and im pretty sure everyone got a few bucks back too because of the amount that sold.

there were like 4 extra shirts. 3 sold the moment i walked into lions den with them and the last one went to tim.

i dont know if there is enough of a demand for them so i dont really want to take anyone money yet. i definitely dont want to do it with less than 15-20 pre orders.

just start taking peoples money and once it gets to $400 buy the shirts. I don\'t mind paying now if i know i\'ll be getting a shirt at some point and i\'m sure the majority are on the same boat. If someone doesn\'t have paypal or a credit card i\'ll take the money and pay it for you.

ill get one

but im not sure why 400 dollars is the magic number.  that design looks like it is from customink.com, which ive ordered from before.  shirts are cheap there, especially if you have limited colors of the print. im guessing those shirts would cost about 15 dollars at the absolute most if you had about 15 people interested in them.  total would be 15x15=$225, and i think thats a high estimate.

how about you do a general anouncement at the next 4 or 5 shows that anyone who wants a shirt, give you 20 bucks.  or maybe even tim could do it at setbreak of each show over the PA.  after 4 shows i bet youd have 15 people paid easily.

you guys should put down what size(s) you want

s,m,l,xl,xxl,xxxl

and derek has a good idea. $20 and whatever money is left over can fund breakfast hats or something.
