Puppetry is one hell of a tune. Between the two, I have to say Puppetry. Language is a fun song but has nothing on Puppetry in my opinion.

Language is always a fun song, but Puppetry is shredded to pieces every time it is played.

Puppetry. even though i think jordans singing sucks ass, the jams and segues in & out are shat-my-pants worthy.
The crickets and the rust-beetles scuttled among the nettles of the sagethicket. "Vamanos amigos," he whispered, and threw the busted leather flintscraw over the loose weave of the saddlecock. And they rode on in the friscalating dusklight.  --Eli Cash

I was talking to Tim a few weeks ago at Martini\'s. I told him when I was in limbo between what band I was going to devote my time to. I said, that Umphrey\'s was a good run but the vocals kill me. They have a monsterous musical movement but when the vocals kicked in, it killed all that they built up. This is just my opinion. These guys are good but they just don\'t satisfy me. Tim then says, So we do it for you vocally? In to which I replied, yep, you do it for me.

Perhaps he means just in that song....lyrically that song is awful IMHO....I don\'t think anyone could make it sound good.  They usually more than make up for it with awesome jams....

I voted for language though.
Play some Weezer!!!

LotG...I want this song played more and taken way out into space...After I hear this song it is stuck in my head for days.  Puppetry as a song aint all that the jams are pretty ser, though.

on Real Radio?? all ive said is i dont like Vera Street and Score lyrically. actually vera street\'s lyrics (besides "on a pillow made of someone else\'s blood"???) arent bad at all but the song sucks ass in my opinion. and i think Fresh Cut\'s chorus (Fresh Cut I Need Something New) over and over and over is terrible, too obvious. have i said i dont like the lyrics overall on Real Radio?  its possible, but ill retract that statement now. TGSOT has a phenomenal lyrical base for starts.  ;)

i think every song is solid straight through lyrically and musically (w/3 above having their moments).

Language... always creates images of a 70\'s summer disco for me. So it get\'s my vote.
