Hey, looks like Scarecrow Collection is going to be on board to start off the evening for the 12/10 show. Im not positive, but I just go play where our manager tells us we\'re playing ;)

Hope it works out and we get to join you folks for some bridgeport craziness! :)

Ok, so I wasn\'t too sure about SCC, but I checked out their website & downloaded some tunes... & it sounds like it\'ll be a great show.

Quote
Scarecrow Collection is an original group of musicians creating an original  sound. They have been described as "Rock n\' Roots Music", but their music is truly genre breaking. Scarecrow Collection fuses the song writing of Paul Simon with the musicianship and intensity of Led Zeppelin. Offering a little something for everyone this band has a broad range of musical genres in their catalog from Rock to jazz to salsa to bluegrass as well as some great instrumental pieces.

This is not your typical jamband. If you like good music, like to dance, this is the band for you. They pride themselves on being able to present real lyrics, but still bringing the goods with their instruments.
“Friendship is like peeing on yourself: everyone can see it, but only you get the warm feeling that it brings. ”[/color]

I went to go see Scarecrow Collection open for The Rafter Bats at The Skybox Cafe a couple of years ago.  2 of the bands members weren\'t allowed in because they were under 21....  the to grown up members did sit in with the Rafter Bats for a few tunes that evening....

Looking forward to this run....

haha! i remember that!! yeah, our bass player and drummer are the youngest... theyre both legal now though ;) but of all the times we played bars with them, that was the ONLY time we had a problem.

The Rafter Bats were great about it though, and have since become our very good friends. They played my 24th birthday, and we played Randy\'s wedding last summer!
