is anyone else going to see kaki king this week? i will be at the iron horse on thurs and the space on sat. she tends to play around here the same nights that breakfast has local shows so i havent seen her play yet. i have been trying to actually make it to one of her shows for a year now, and this week timmy tour wont even be stopping me. if anyone wants to carpool for iron horse let me know.

the Iron Horse is def. one of my top venues "close to home".. good crowds, even better sound

She opened for the Mike Gordon band at toads place a couple of years ago......GOOD SHIT...

However, I will be sticking cocktail toothpicks in my eyes at Sidebar on Thursday....
