Great Idea about those mix discs.  Ive been kicking my own ass about not making some of my own to give to people who have never heard of The Breakfast.  I\'ve been
passing out both cafe 9 shows from August of 04. Oh yeah, How are you guys?

i\'m good.  good shows, although the recordings are full of the insanely high pitched whistling of gencs.  sometimes its louder than the music, haha.
Postcount +1.

Get your burner fixed, Gordo? My brother keeps insisting he needs more Bfast material ever since I burned him his first show (the Lafayette show) last weekend (even though he knows how to use BitTorrent and is a computer graphics major...you\'d think he could do it himself). ;)

Has anyone else attempted to make a Breakfast sampler disc? I know the original idea was Gordo\'s but I believe that if more people attempted to make a disc and pass it out we could cover more ground. I am currently working on a sample disc, with the motivation and influence from Gordo, but nothing like his because it wouldn\'t be fair to him.
Love many, trust few and don\'t be late.

thanks buddy. it would be fair though, and i take it as a compliment. i agree, more people should come up with their own samplers with material that really grabs them personally, drop a line to the people you dish it out to like "track three 5 minutes in.... holy shit youll flip!" i also found that people need to hear EPIC first, or at least the big tunes, to grab hold when listening to their simpler (but not by any other band\'s standards!) rock or funk songs. Rufus still seems to be the undeniable noob favorite.

oh and kate, picked up my burner two days ago, they will be in the mail on monday morning.. i was gonna do it today but i broke my face last night.

I was thinking, about making a sampler, just for Breakfast Sandwiches from the past tour, entitled, The Breakfast, Sandwiches, Tasty grooves from the Real Radio tour. Kinda cheesy but, you get the point. I have a bunch of considerations as to what will make it on the disc but nothing finalized.

"Breakfast Sandwiches"
perfect.
off the top of my head id go with some Score>Crosstown>Score, Mooboo\'s>No Quarter>Mooboo\'s, orrrrrr the Gladys>Score>Gladys>Score and Puppetry>Mooboo\'s>WUIAC>Mooboo\'s>Puppetry..  sooo many great tasty sandwiches though, so many.

good thinkin Spacey, itd show off their unmatchable jamming abilities.

Thanks, Gordo...I think these will really help. It\'s been hard for me to promote the band when I\'m not all that familiar with them.
