I can only attest to shows I have heard on disc but to me there are little things I have missed.
A little echo here, Jordan bumped up @ the right times there, Ron pushed up over here, little things.
Glad to have ya back.

Thank god you are back brother...got a great bottle of Casa Noble Plata tequila to chug with ya.  Welcome home.

The sound, at the shows I went to was definately lacking.  Leith, was right on the money.  The Webster was the only one that the sound was actually bad.  I do not think with the DOOZIE factor up that high even you would have faired well in that cavernous space.  Philly was hot shit and would have been craz with the DOBZ factor.  Other than that it was just little things on the recordings that I noticed that were missing.

well I think I only saw 1 show in your absence. Valentines in Albany

I thought the sound was OK. They have the cabinets setup wrong. And there was this "rattle" for lack of better term in the Highs (I think 1 of the cabinets was shot a bit). The mix was decent but it took them a while to get there even with Tims direction from stage :)

RE: Casa Noble Plata tequila

Whats this stuff like. I really like tequilla and usually drink Patron\' Silver. Is this something I should be trying ?

while you were out~

vocals would sometimes get lost/often muddied
keys would sometimes get lost
very rarely the guitar wouldn\'t be upfront/punchy enough
definition was generally lost
and, like others have said, the little tweeks you give were missing.

not god-awful all the time by any means, but there have certainly been a few times when i wished someone who knows the band and how to *mix* them properly was around! great to have ya back!

and the webster was the worst sound i\'ve ever heard. but i have a hard time believing anyone could mix that room right, as it is. all concrete floors and walls with the wrong pa for the room is a hard row to hoe!

I thought the church sounded decent.

But glad to have you back. I know I would be bitching about the webster as well had I been there.

Hope you had fun down there!

the sound in oneonta was decent thanks to jwall, ellis and phil. The sound in albany was HORRIBLE. jordan could only be heard if you were standing right in front of him and his keyboard wasnt working at all for half the show.

fans=offstage unless helping the guys out in which case the sound guy would not have kicked you off because you would have been doing something. So what were you doing up there? Just wondering guy don\'t get all crazy and bust a post or 2 @ me. ;)

it was way too hot in the crowd and they had AC and fans on the stage.  Plus its the best angle to see Adrian smash the hell out of his drums.  Actually, I stole the manuever from Steviegencs, cuz he\'s a staple on the back corner of the stage.

Last gloversville show I had to take charge and pull some drunken fool off stage. He was litterally standing in the middle of the stage as the band was going on for encore trying to SMOKE A BOTTLE OF LIQUOR adrian had give to the band like it was a bong! I shit you not. In his defense it did look like a bong...but the guy was so drunk he actually thought it was a bong and had his mouth on the top and was holding a lighter to the spout on the side trying to smoke it!.....in the middle of the stage! hahahha. he was cool about it and actually was real apologetic tho so it was all good hehe. just another night in g-ville :)
