StrangeCreek is about as chill as you can get. You can bring coolers to the stage area etc. There are a good amount of young Kids (they have great activities for little kids like arts and crafts and special music performances ). If you exercise a small level of tact then you should have absolutely no issues at all.
i\'m afraid i\'m gonna have to disagree with this one... my exboyfriend got arrested when we were smokin a bowl in the woods by the river at wormtown (same company/venue, different festival)-- needless it was a rough way to end a festival, leavin in handcuffs -- either way just be wary of the fully unformed cops that circle the place... and keep your drug use as incognito as possible...
