I def. wouldn\'t recommend GBFBITS to a Breakfast noob.

My suggestions...

Probably my favorite show from 2004.  It was disseminated from the west coast and hasn\'t officially made it online to our favorite website.  From my understanding, all copies have been spread via direct trade or the mail.

2004-04-10 from Winstons.

Incredible GBFBITS>jam>al howard rap>Attraction to Shade Ditty

weird to hear rap along with TB but it suprisingly works well......hell of a segue right there.

Yeah but Al\'s band is pretty much straight funk so his lyrics flow real well w/ The Breakfast. Everytime they come to town Al is all over it.

Is Al well known in San Diego?  He definitely seems talented from what I have heard.  His Baja Bash appearance with the Breakfast is cool as well.

Al Howard and the K23 Orchestra play all the time in SD and up the coast. Fun time for sure and they always have free cookies and sometimes Pie!

I\'ve noticed that they occasionally play the Boom Boom Room in S.F. as well.
