Thursday evening show in Oneonta, New York.
21+ show
$6 ticket
Doors open @ 9pm
Show begins around 10:30

This is a link for shows in the immediate area;
http://www.jambase.com/search.asp?band=&venue=&city=Oneonta&stateID=32&adv=1&fromdate=05%2F02%2F2005&todate=05%2F12%2F2005&beyondcity=1

Other then these upcoming shows, is there any other places that can be "targeted" to help spread the music of the Breakfast?
Discussion of any sort of promotion strategies is appreciated.

If anyone would like to promote this show, you need to contact Sean.

A question to those who have attended a show here;
1) What is the capcity of this place?
2) What is an average/typical turnout for a Breakfast show here?

a little notice:
as we move into the summer months and some of us find more time to "get out", take a notice of your surroundings and lets find some Breakfast friendly places where we can promote. As we continue through the month of May, posts like these will become increasingly more frequent.

Thanks to any and all that can/will help!

(testing format for future updates with this)
Love many, trust few and don\'t be late.

There\'s really not much need to promote this show, at least not in oneonta.  Everyone here loves the breakfast and it will be a packed house regardless. I was going to flyer for it at bp and rezi this weekend but the flyers didnt arive in time. I\'ll pass some out in syracuse friday and at rezi this weekend though.

Also I have heard this show might be canceled due to a lack of soundman. I think dobs is still in australlia then and there is no one available in town that night as far as I know?? I really hope something can be figured out because there will be a lot of dissapointed fans here if it doesnt go down.

I kinda figured that the Breakfast owned this area. I just needed a starting point for shows. That would suck if the show was cancelled especially in a place that knows them and loves them. I hope that it all works out!!!

If you can help me out with these 2 questions it would be a great help.
1) Max capcity, 2) average turnout

I am kinda curious to see what the average crowd is for these guys on the road. It seems that they bring in 30-60 people a night. You figure the next step is bringing in 300-600 people a night. We gotta have a goal, not just hoping they blow up into a major touring circuit band. Which would be nice :)!

I am hoping to make the trek up there. It will be a nice outdoor show. The venue also sounds interesting. Flyering for this show is a great idea! A solid turnout here and I think upstate New York is pretty much in the bag.

IMHO, I believe that they are very close to having a a solid following in New England. So, if we can capitialize on what we already had then we can use it as leverage for other shows.

Let us know how it goes with the flyers.

I had one of the craziest weekends ever when I made a stop in Oneonta 5 years ago.  Lots of underage drinking and crazy girls from what I remember.  Hope the town hasn\'t changed.  Enjoy dancing on the pool tables!

if I may quote Tommy Boy; "I have what the doctors call, a little bit of a weight problem."

The best part of the town is that it\'s small and everyone knows each other.  The girls can tell when you\'re from out of town and will give you lots of attention and ***** if you play your cards right.

Best of luck to you up there Jeff!

I\'d like to see The Breakfast at the Autumn Cafe in Oneonta.   A bit bigger and laid out better with a outside deck.   Perfect for summer shows.
