im pretty sure i told me anything over 100 is no good,then  idid it manually...

100x100 pixels; 200k filesize..

you can upload something over 100x100, as long as it\'s 200k, and it\'ll resize it to within 100x100..

you just need to take advantage of the whole 100x100... you\'re only using about half right now..
