i mean, let\'s have a few more dudes feel around down there for no good reason..
this guy is not sure either. said it\'s hard to tell with small hernias. wants me to take it easy for 2 weeks, get some moist heat on there, and 600mg motrin 3 times a day. and keep feeling around down there for a bulge.. he thinks it may just be a sprained ligament, in which case, i\'d just have to wait for it to heal.. gym needs to be light, if any. no lower body, and no raquetball.. gotta go back to him in 2 weeks so he can poke around down there some more..
