My best guess would be Mike (Helluvahat).  He loves No Regret but also loves Doughboy about as much.

I am having a hard time understanding something and I am soliciting the help of all of you.

Why is gravity the top vote getter?

I like Gravity and love hearing it on the album and live, but I don\'t think it even makes my personal top 10 for original Breakfast recordings.

Maybe if you all explain what you particularly love about the song I will have a better understanding of it and possibly a new angle to view it by.

Thanks for your input.

Gypsy Girl is actually ranked higher than Gravity.  I really think the slow jam in Gypsy Girl is better than the part where Gravity slows down.

I didn\'t vote for Gravity, but I got no issues w/ it up there.  Its a solid tune, one of the best on Real Radio, and always kicks ass live, no matter how often its played.

I think the subject material and the jam for alot of people. The jam in Gravity is for me unusual for these guys. It is so much more along the lines of GD in the jam\'s structure than most Breakfast originals and really how can you NOT like that?

its def the biggest \'jam vehicle\' on the album as far as when its played live.  granted, scheme is scheme, but that is hardly played enough or in combination.  Looking at this year alone, I\'ve seen:

1/15/05 Gravity> Merge> Dig> Gravity
2/5/05 Gravity> Rufus> Gravity> Cut Me Some Slack> Rufus> Cut Me Some Slack
2/19/05 No Regret> Gravity> Flower Punk> Gravity
3/12/05 Gravity (straight up)

I think you get the idea.  It may come often, but when it does, it never lets down.

And for the record Al, what songs on Real Radio would you rank ahead of it?

Maybe it\'s just me but this album doesn\'t come close to what they do in concert. I understand the whole idea of an album not supposed to be the same as live shows but I don\'t think I\'ll be playing Real Radio very often when I have a nice collection of shows to listen to.

TGSOT and Gravity are among my favorites (guess why hehe) and I also like the studio version of Dimension 5. I think Fairy is a great song but much better live than on the album. Sleeping Beauty is pretty good on the album but since the release they\'ve developed it a lot better live anyway.
