Following on from my earlier thread about trying to get some new listeners for the band, I have put up a short show on easytree:

Here\'s something different to my usual offerings, which some of you might like. The Breakfast are a Connecticut based band playing a blend of funk, jazz, rock, prog, psychedelia and just about everything else. They cover everyone from Frank Zappa to
The Beatles, from RHCP to the Moody Blues and Rush to Cheech and Chong. But mostly they are about their own unique tunes and astounding musicianship.
First up is a single disc live show from October of last year containing a cross-section of their own tunes and an ELP cover. Got it from archive.org (who have lots more!!), but don\'t believe it\'s been torrented before. I will then put up a short sampler from their forthcoming 4th album after that, followed by a longer show if interest is sufficient.
And no, I am not affiliated to them in any way - I\'m just a fan who\'d like to spread the word on this great band!!

Based my choice on it being a short show so people might be tempted to give it a try and song choice based on gordo\'s "Requesting suggestions" thread. Difficult to find a single disc show which would please everyone here, but it goes someways to doing so.
For those who are easytree members and can get to it, torrent is at:

And BTW, if anyone can come up with a better description of the band and their music, please go ahead and I\'ll change it - never been good at writing that sort of stuff.
