Based on setlist only, what is the best Breakfast show of all-time?

Rules:
- This must be a show which actually took place
- Any special guests would appear where noted
- We all must agree that the Breakfast of today isn\'t the same band as they were 10/30/98.  This thread assumes that today\'s Breakfast would play this setlist.  Ready.... go!

For me, for the past 5+ years, and for the past 81 shows, the best Breakfast show is ALWAYS the last one I was at......
